Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a seasoned HSE leader to drive health, safety and environmental programs across manufacturing operations in Italy. The role requires 7–10 years in HSE, experience leading teams, and a strong grasp of local regulatory requirements.

You will develop and oversee safety strategies, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in a dynamic production environment. You will collaborate with operations, engineering and quality teams to minimize risk, promote a safety-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience in HSE, EHS, or safety management within a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment
• 3–5 years of experience leading HSE teams or programs
• Proven experience managing site-level or multi-site HSE operations
• Experience working in regulated environments with local, state, and federal safety and environmental requirements
• Communication & Collaboration: communicates clearly to stakeholders and fosters teamwork across the organization
