Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking a HSE Manager for the M Renewables team based in Milan. You will oversee health, safety and environment across projects, implement robust systems, coordinate site teams and ensure compliance with local laws.

The role requires travel to project sites and strong multilingual communication. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HSE experience in renewables, solid MS Office skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• 5+ years proven HSE experience in related field, preferably renewables.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Italian and English knowledge.

Mansioni

• Supervising and overseeing project direction and costs across a cluster of projects.
• Implementing H&S management systems to satisfy legal obligations and our safety culture.
• Identifying, delivering and monitoring training needs.
• Coordinating and supervising construction workers on site.
• Preparing site reports and managing paperwork.
• Managing the risk management system and reviewing controls.
• Directing the Head Site Manager with local legislations.
• Carrying out other duties as directed by supervisor.
