Natuzzi seeks an experienced HR Business Partner Retail to manage the employee lifecycle for its stores in Europe and APAC. The role works with the HR CoE and follows corporate guidelines, ensuring strong relations with store management.

The ideal candidate has extensive retail HR experience, fluent English, and a passion for luxury home furnishings. On-site at the Natuzzi HQ in Bari, you will drive engagement, training and strategic HR initiatives.

Competenze

• English fluent: MANDATORY.
• 4-5 years min of experience in HR or related field.
• Retail experience: MANDATORY (furnishing sector preferred).
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and / or SAP HCM.

In order to support our business lines, retail and stores we are searching of an experienced HR Business Partner who is a trained HR with a strong retail experience, who is passionate about luxury home furnishings and skilled to create durable relationship with people. A person who strongly believes in the Company, Brand, People and our Values. The HR BP Retail is responsible for the entire management of the employee life-cycle for each Store, jointly with HR CoE and following HR Corporate guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field, applied into the Retail Business Model / business sector. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide all the support to gain business obj's, like training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

As part of our Global HR Department, the HR Business Partner Retail play the important role in support of the commercial / retail dept.s, to follow mainly (but not only) the management of the personnel of our Stores located in European countries (+ Est EU) and APAC. Therefore, fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Acting as an HR reference point for employees in their region
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Supporting current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating and retaining human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the Region
• Analyses training needs and gaps and defines an appropriate training plan in consultation with the relevant manager
• Implement people management tools and processes (employee lifecycle)
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance.
• Maintain the salary plan and benefits program
• Ensure that HR processes are implemented in accordance with the relevant legal and regulatory framework.
• Participates in the establishment of the HR budget (FTE, compensation policy, hiring, etc.) and monitors costs on a monthly basis to ensure that they are in line with the budget, thereby favoring positive P&L results for individual companies/cost centres.
• Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
• Support business managers in order to achieve store objectives by leading sales store staff and acting a pivotal role in relationship with HQ
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
• Assist management in conflict resolution
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
• Onboard new employees and induction
• Manage all the duties related payroll check, salary, benefits packages, rota, etc.

Qualifications

• English fluent: MANDATORY
• 4 - 5 years min of experience in HR or related field
• Retail experience: MANDATORY (in case you have exp in Furnishing sector, this will be highly preferred)
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and / or SAP HCM

Additional information:

• Contract: Permanent
• Location: On-site at the Natuzzi HQ in Santeramo in Colle (Bari)-MANDATORY
• Gross annual salary (RAL): starting from €40,000 and up to €65,000, commensurate with experience in the contract sector, including internationally.
