Job summary

Ellab in Pero (Milan area) seeks an HR Business Support Intern to support Recruiting and day-to-day HR Operations. The role focuses on building proactive talent pipelines and managing interviews, with additional duties across onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

Based in Pero with occasional travel to Latina, the role offers a structured internship allowance and hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic HR team.

Qualifications

• University student or recent graduate seeking HR career.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to follow activities through to completion.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support full recruiting process for junior and mid-level roles, from posting to follow-up.
• Publish and maintain job ads across channels.
• Proactively source candidates beyond applications.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial screenings / interviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines, especially for Latina area.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with Hiring Managers.
• Provide concise candidate summaries for Hiring Managers.
• Maintain recruiting data and trackers, ensuring accuracy.
• Support onboarding and HR administrative activities in employee lifecycle.
• Assist in payroll-related follow-ups and HR data reporting.
