Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, seeks an HR Services Intern for its Seriate (BG) campus. You will support reception, mail, events, and internal communications while gaining exposure to ERP processes and travel planning.

You should be enrolled in a relevant degree, with basic business knowledge and good English. The role offers training in a dynamic, international setting and potential internship extensions.

Competenze

• Enrolled in a university degree program related to languages, communication, or business administration.
• Good command of English language.

Mansioni

• Perform secretarial/administrative tasks (reception, mail, errands).
• Welcome guests and transporters; manage front desk operations.
• Handle switchboard and assist internal communications.
• Sort and distribute mail and packages.
• Support planning of small events (catering, coordination).
• Coordinate DHL shipments and other logistics.
• Enter purchase orders for consumables into ERP and files.
• Provide occasional support in travel management and fleet admin.
• Keep offices clean and well-organized.
• Assist HR Services with daily tasks.
