Trevi Group is seeking an HR Planner to join its Trevi Division in Italy. The role focuses on planning and managing site personnel to ensure the effective allocation of resources across projects in Italy in line with operational needs.

The HR Planner will collaborate with Corporate Functions and Site Management to anticipate staffing requirements and support workforce planning across multiple projects. Willingness to travel to project sites across Italy is required.

Competenze

• Knowledge of main business activities and dynamics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Oracle HCM or other HR systems.
• English proficiency at B1 level or above.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain an up-to-date mapping of site personnel across awarded, ongoing and prospective projects.
• Analyse and anticipate staffing needs of different projects.
• Plan allocation of personnel according to project/site requirements with managers.
• Monitor workforce planning across sites in Italy and support personnel transfers and reassignments.
• Identify needs for external hires and initiate recruitment with Recruitment & Employer Branding functions.
• Review site personnel performance evaluations to support reassignment opportunities across projects.
• Prepare and report on workforce planning and resource allocation.
