Trevi Group Pty Ltd cerca un Project Manager per supervisionare lo sviluppo di progetti di costruzione in Italia, gestendo aspetti tecnici e amministrativi fino al completamento. La posizione richiede competenze in budgeting, controllo costi, gestione contratti e relazione con i clienti.

Si offre stipendio lordo annuo tra 70.000 e 90.000 euro, in base all’esperienza e alle responsabilità. Alloggio e pasti sono forniti in caso di missioni fuori sede; contratto a tempo pieno e lavoro in sede.

  • Gestire i progetti di costruzione a livello tecnico ed amministrativo fino al completamento.
  • Gestire relazioni con il cliente e comunicate lo stato del progetto.
  • Preparare e presentare il budget di esecuzione e individuare opportunità di miglioramento.
  • Sviluppare il budget del progetto e ottenere l’approvazione dai responsabili.
  • Garantire l’implementazione del piano qualità e sicurezza.
  • Mantenere comunicazioni periodiche sul progresso del progetto col cliente.
  • Pianificare risorse umane e attrezzature in base ai tempi stabiliti.
  • Preparare il SAL mensile basato su quantità completate.
  • Monitorare performance tecnica, economica e finanziaria del progetto.
  • Gestire contratti e controversie con client e partner.

Description

Ensure the achievement and optimization of the expected technical, economic, and financial results for assigned projects by overseeing the overall technical and administrative management of the construction project through to completion.



  • Manage relationships with the Client by sharing all relevant information regarding the various phases of the project, building a relationship based on mutual trust and satisfaction, and promptly addressing any potential issues.

  • Share project objectives, procedures, and activities with the Operations Manager/Project Director (or, in their absence, the Country Manager).

  • Prepare and submit the project execution budget and identify any cost improvement opportunities to the Operations Manager/Project Director (or, in their absence, the Country Manager).

  • Develop the project budget and submit it for approval to the Operations Manager/Project Director (or, in their absence, the Country Manager), working closely with the Country Administration Manager and/or the Administrative Manager assigned to the project, as well as with the Site Manager (and, where applicable, the Construction Manager), to ensure compliance with both the project budget and schedule.

  • Ensure the correct implementation of the Project Quality and Safety Plan prepared by the Quality Manager, in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Client regarding project progress and activities.

  • Plan and organize, in cooperation with the Site Manager and, where applicable, the Construction Manager, the human resources and equipment required for project execution, ensuring their availability within the established timelines.

  • Prepare the monthly Progress Payment Certificate (SAL) based on completed quantities approved jointly with the Country Administration Manager and/or the Administrative Manager assigned to the project.

  • Continuously monitor the technical, economic, and financial performance of projects, defining actions required to achieve project objectives while maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Ensure proper contract management, including the handling and resolution of disputes with clients and/or partners, with the support of the relevant corporate departments when necessary. Identify and prevent potential critical situations through timely corrective actions.

  • Support the Manager in the activities of the Function.

    Requirement:


  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.

  • Knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of technologies and work processes related to ground improvement and foundation engineering.

  • Knowledge of national and international contract management.

  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures in the relevant professional area.

  • Knowledge of work planning and activity monitoring techniques and methods.

  • Budget management skills.

  • Proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.


For this position, the expected gross annual salary ranges from 70 000 to 90 000, determined based on experience, skills, and the level of responsibility associated with the role, in compliance with the XXXX National Collective Labour Agreement. Meals and accommodation are provided in the event of assignments away from the usual place of work.
