Amazon is seeking an HR Partner in Castel San Giovanni, Italy. You will act as a front-line HR representative to Team Leads and Area Managers in the Fulfillment Center, coaching on people topics and handling complex employee cases while supporting engagement initiatives.

You will work with HR Shared Services, Payroll, and High Volume Hiring to implement programs, analyze workforce data, and ensure compliance with local employment law within a fast-paced, international environment.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English (C1+).
• University bachelor’s or master's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes.

Mansioni

• Coach and support team leads and area managers on HR topics.
• Be point of contact for FC Associates, supporting HR needs and employee experience.
• Manage employee cases and assist investigations under local law.
• Collaborate with HR teams to execute hiring and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze data on attrition, attendance, and workforce trends.
