Job summary

CARDO ROMA, AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead talent management, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and compensation. The role reports to the General Manager in a luxury hotel setting.

You will oversee HRIS, workforce planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws while fostering an inclusive, guest-focused workplace. Requires a bachelor’s in HR or related field and at least 5 years in hospitality HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in hospitality or luxury hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and hospitality workforce practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.
• Experience managing a diverse and multicultural workforce in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of labor cost management and workforce planning.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Overall Job Purpose

The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall business objectives. This role oversees all aspects of talent management, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
