Job summary

Cardorome, a luxury hospitality brand in Rome, is seeking an HR Manager to lead people strategy across our global operations. You will shape talent management, engagement and compliance to support a high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires 5+ years in HR within hospitality, with strong leadership, stakeholder management and knowledge of labor law. Salary €40,000–€45,000 plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within hospitality or luxury hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and hospitality workforce practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.
• Experience managing a diverse and multicultural workforce in a fast-paced operational environment.
