Qualifications

• Laurea in giurisprudenza, discipline umanistiche o economia.
• Buone competenze nell’uso di MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) e familiarità con i sistemi informatici.
• Ottime capacità organizzative e proattività nel gestire attività e scadenze.

Responsibilities

• Supporto al processo di recruiting retail pubblicando annunci, valutando CV, conducendo interviste e presentando candidati ai responsabili.
• Collaborare con le funzioni interne e il team HR per garantire l’esecuzione corretta delle attività e la reportistica.
• Attività amministrative e di analisi dati a supporto del team e tutor.

We are looking for a person enthusiastic about HR, who wants to acquire an overview of HR function and develop organisational and communicational skills, proactively contributing to projects’ development and bringing his/her knowhow and expertise gained during years of study, with a particular focus on recruiting process.

Il vostro profilo

Your activities will include: - Supporting retail recruiting process by publishing announchments, screening of received CVs, conducting selection interviews and presenting candidates to store managers; - Proactively ensure the correct execution of assigned activities, collaborating with internal Brand functions and the rest of the HR team; - Administrative and reporting activities; - Processing data and presentations to support the team; - Involvement in specific activities periodically identified by the tutor;

Condizioni professionali

To be successful in this role, we imagine you to have:

• Degree in law, humanities or economics
• Complete knowledge of MS Office, with particular focus on Excel, Power Point, and good familiarity with the use of computer systems
• Organisational skills and ability to manage assignments on time, with accuracy and proactivity
