Job summary

Medacta International in Lombardy is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead core HR activities in an industrial environment, with a strong focus on payroll, cost monitoring and budget planning. The role covers HR administration, payroll coordination with external consultants, recruitment for technical/manufacturing profiles, and employee relations, including onboarding and performance support.

Fluency in English and expert Excel skills are expected, along with full compliance to Italian

Qualifications

5+ years of HR generalist or specialist experience, including payroll and cost analysis.
Excellent knowledge of Italian labour law and metalworking collective agreement.
Experience in preparing and monitoring personnel budgets and forecasts.
Experience in Talent Acquisition for technical/manufacturing profiles.
Good written and spoken English.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HR/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee personnel administration and ensure compliance with labour legislation and collective agreements.
Coordinate payroll processing with external consultants.
Manage hiring, contract changes, terminations and other employment events.
Monitor attendance, absences, overtime and variable remuneration elements.
Support employment-law matters and employee relations.
Manage activities related to medical certificates.
