Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist in Italy seeks a Housekeeper to maintain immaculate presentation of luxury properties, working 34.8 hours per week (80%) from 27 November 2026 to 30 April 2027. The role is hands-on, with high attention to detail and a passion for service in a luxury environment.

You will work independently or as part of a team to meet the highest standards, including daily housekeeping, laundry, and chalet maintenance, with CCNT scheduling and weekend shifts during high season.

This position is a 34,8h contract (80%) - starting from 27th of November 2026 to 30th of April 2027. Role: As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the immaculate presentation of our luxury properties and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our guests. Working independently or as part of a team, you will ensure that chalets meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort every day. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with high attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for service in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily Housekeeping &, Chalet Maintenance - Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to the highest standard
• Carry out daily tidy-ups and deep cleans on arrival/departure days
• Change bed linen and towels regularly, ensuring a crisp and fresh presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of staff areas where applicable
• Laundry &, Linen Management - Manage in-chalet laundry duties, including guest items (where applicable)
• Monitor and restock linen, towels, robes, and amenities
• Ensure all laundry is presented and stored correctly
• Hygiene &, Safety - Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols for cleaning, laundry, and product use
• Keep housekeeping storage areas clean and organised
• Report any accidents or hazards immediately to management

Schedules & specificities

Bramble Ski operates under the CCNT (Swiss hospitality collective agreement). Due to operational requirements, work on Saturdays and Sundays is expected, particularly during high season. Schedules are organised on a rotating basis and shared at least one week in advance in coordination with the resort team, in line with CCNT working time and rest period regulations. Overtime is managed in accordance with CCNT rules and compensated either through time off in lieu or payment, as applicable. All scheduling and compensation practices must remain fully compliant with CCNT requirements, and adjustments will be made where necessary to ensure compliance.
