The role requires extensive hospitality leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays in a luxury property setting.

Competenze

• Requires 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Restaurant Management or related major.
• Requires 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Restaurant Management or related major.
• Prefers General Manager experience in limited or full-service property.

• Develops and implements business strategy for guest satisfaction, profitability and market share.
• Executes sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Leads talent management through coaching, development plans and succession planning.
