Job summary

Empresaconfidencial in Italy is seeking a Hotel General Manager to take full ownership of one of our properties. You will be responsible for the P&L, guest experience and the team, reporting to the Head of Operations.

You will drive occupancy and revenue, lead and develop staff, ensure service standards, manage maintenance and costs, and build relationships with local partners and corporate clients. This role offers real autonomy and international group growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel management, with at least 2 years as GM, Hotel Manager or Deputy GM.
• Proven experience managing a P&L and hitting financial targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial mindset; experience with revenue management and digital distribution.
• Experience with boutique, lifestyle or aparthotel concepts is a plus.
• Fluent English and local language; other languages are a plus.
