WebBeds is seeking a Contracts Manager to secure competitive hotel contracts for your assigned market. You will own all revenue streams, drive the right mix of hotels, pricing, availability and margin performance to meet KPIs.

You will negotiate terms with partners, manage relationships, monitor contract performance, conduct market research, and collaborate with regional leadership to implement effective contracting strategies across Europe.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years contracting experience in the hotel industry (OTAs, bed banks, or tour operators).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure favourable terms while maintaining partnerships.
