Prada Group in Milan is seeking a Warehouse Support Assistant to help the sales team by moving products between stockroom and sales floor and handling orders at the cash desk.

The role requires fluency in English, a strong affinity for luxury products, and excellent teamwork. You will contribute to keeping the store and warehouse organized while delivering service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

• Good knowledge of computer skills.
• Fluent spoken English expected. Other languages are desirable.

Supporting sales Staff in providing and putting back products from stockroom to sales floor and to bring ordered items to cash desk.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Support the sales team when serving customers
• Take unsold products from sales area to or from stockroom to sales area
• Processing orders from the sales team
• Assist salesperson wrapping the merchandises.
• Serve drinks to customers when needed
• Contribute to the organization, maintenance and optimization of the warehouse
• Keep the sales floor clean and tidy

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
