YellowSquare, a hospitality group with venues in Rome, Milan, Athens and Florence, is seeking a General Manager for its Milan location. You will lead operations, drive guest experiences, and manage a dynamic team within a fast-paced, community-driven brand environment.

The role requires a solid background in hospitality leadership, proven experience in General/Operations management, and the ability to travel up to 50% during onboarding.

• Hospitality leadership background and proven experience in general/operations management.

• Fluent in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Oversee and coordinate all Square teams (Kitchen, Bar/Reception, Maintenance) to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Align with YellowSquare HQ in Rome and central departments for seamless operations.
• Lead and motivate staff, foster an inclusive, safe, and dynamic workplace.
• Drive strategic initiatives to optimize performance and implement innovative ideas.
• Handle crises calmly and resolve conflicts or emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with Italian regulations and local operational standards.
