Mangia's is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a luxury urban property within its growing Italian portfolio. You will provide leadership, vision, and strategic direction to continually raise service standards and drive strong financial performance, while preserving autonomy and upholding LHW-quality requirements.

The role requires a seasoned operator with a track record of P&L excellence, deep hospitality expertise, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration; Hospitality Management preferred.
• 8–10+ years in progressive managerial roles in luxury hotels; urban setting ideal.
• 3–5 years as General Manager; experience with international brands is a plus.
• Fluent Italian and English; third language (French or German) is a plus.

• Provide leadership, vision and strategic direction to elevate service and financial performance.
• Oversee operations, quality standards and compliance with brand/sustainability expectations.
• Drive strategic sales, marketing and revenue management initiatives and manage the annual budget.
