Lowe's is seeking a Sales Specialist in Florence to help customers find the right home improvement solutions and convert ideas into completed projects. You will be the product expert, discussing features, promotions, and financing options to close sales while delivering excellent customer service.

You will work in the Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Millwork, or other departments, engaging with customers, answering questions, and supporting store operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe's retail experience (or 3 years external sales or 18 months Lowe's retail if education not met).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals or metrics.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for prolonged periods.
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted or with help as needed.

Mansioni

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding customer needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers and vendors within your department, handling estimates, installations, orders, and follow-ups.
• In Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors or stores to reorder stock.
• Perform price reviews and maintain pricing documentation.
• Support checkout functions and departmental requests; assist as needed.
• Train associates in the department and coach on development needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
