Ferrari is seeking a Master student or recent graduate for an internship in the Software Engineering Department – SW Testing. You will develop MATLAB Simulink plant models for HIL simulations, optimize models for SIL/HIL environments, and assist in code generation and documentation within a team.
The role requires fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Prior automotive or luxury sector internships are a plus.

In this role, the candidate will work in Ferrari Software Engineering Department – SW Testing area, where Electronic Control Units (ECUs) are tested. The candidate will support the development, management and validation of MATLAB Simulink plant models used in advanced simulation environment. The candidate will be part of a team-oriented environment, involved in developing and applying HIL simulation technology for the Chassis controls domain.

For this fundamental role, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Aerospace, Mechanical or Mathematic Engineering.
You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.
