ams OSRAM is seeking a senior expert in analog IC design to define methodologies, lead high-performance mixed-signal developments and drive innovations in transmitter/receiver architectures. The role includes signing off on critical reviews and mentoring senior engineers across the organization.

Candidates should hold an MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 15+ years in analog IC design and deep knowledge of broadband optical communication ICs, HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers, and front-end

Competenze

• 15+ years of analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and front-end requirements.
• Advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET and/or FD-SOI) is required.
