ams Italy S.r.l. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs. You’ll define methodologies, drive high-performance analog and mixed-signal blocks, and mentor engineers across the company.

The role demands 15+ years of analog IC design, MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering, and deep knowledge of HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers, PLLs/CDRs/ADCs/DACs, and advanced CMOS nodes (FinFET/FD-SOI).

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering required.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of broadband optical IC design and HF front-end requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs.
• Define methodologies and lead critical analog developments.
• Lead design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders.
