ams Italy S.r.l. is seeking a senior expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs to define methodologies and lead critical analog developments.

You will lead the design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, drive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures, and mentor senior engineers across the company. This role requires a PhD or MSc in electrical engineering, 15+ years of analog IC experience, and deep knowledge of CMOS nodes such as

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; HF layout knowledge is an advantage.
• PLLs, CDRs, ADCs and DACs.
• Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis.
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required.
