Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Milan is seeking an Area Manager – Hematology to lead a field-based team and drive medical-scientific information across Southern Italy. You will report to the Business Unit Lead, develop coaching plans, and ensure adherence to procedures, regulations, and codes.

You will analyze performance, translate priorities into territory plans, manage the area budget, and coordinate with cross-functional partners across Medical, Market Access, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or economic disciplines.
• 5+ years of field-based pharma/healthcare experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Italian fluent; good English knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the team, coaching and field development.
• Coordinate medical-scientific information activities across territory.
• Analyze performance and translate priorities into territorial plans.
• Manage territory budget and ensure alignment with objectives.
