Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Milano seeks an Area Manager Hematology to lead and develop the field-based team across Sud Italia. You will guide medical-scientific information activities and drive territory plans aligned with key priorities and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/healthcare field-based roles, 3+ years in people management, and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Laurea in discipline scientifiche o economiche.
• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli field-based nel settore farmaceutico/healthcare.
• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione e sviluppo di team.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese; ottima conoscenza di MS Office.

• Guidare team sul campo nell’area Hematology per Sud Italia.
• Gestire attività di informazione medico-scientifica e allineare alle priorità.
• Gestire performance, budget e relazione con stakeholders cross-funzionali.
