Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Milan, Italy, is seeking an ISF to deliver medical-scientific information to healthcare professionals within the Hematology/Oncology BU. The role reports to the Area Manager and covers the assigned region, ensuring compliance with corporate strategies and regulatory obligations.
The candidate will maintain scientific excellence, build professional relationships, analyze territory needs, and coordinate cross-functional activities to support business goals
Qualifications
- Degree as required by pharma information regulations.
- At least 1 year of experience as Medical Scientific Information (ISF) in pharma.
- Experience in Hematology and/or Oncology is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Inform healthcare professionals with accurate scientific, pharmacological and therapeutic product information.
- Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders in the assigned area.
- Analyze territory to identify priorities, opportunities and needs, translating guidelines into an operating plan.
- Plan and manage territory activities aligned with priorities and objectives.
