Doctolib in Milan is seeking a Social Media & Creative Intern to join our B2C Marketing team. You will support the ideation, production and publication of social media content across channels, with a focus on creative storytelling in healthcare topics.

You will collaborate with internal teams and agencies, ensure content complies with brand and privacy rules, and help analyse performance data to improve engagement. This is a hands-on, international team experience.

Qualifikationen

• Background in communications, media, marketing or related creative field.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone of voice to different audiences and platforms.
• Interest in healthcare and Doctolib’s mission.
• Experience with social media content creation and storytelling.
• Experience with Canva and video editing tools.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute social media content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Manage social content calendar with stakeholders and briefs.
• Develop creative content ideas based on trends and audience insights.
• Produce visual, video and editorial content (short-form videos, reels, stories).
• Monitor community comments and interactions across channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners when relevant.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines and privacy requirements.
• Analyze performance data and benchmarks to derive insights.
