Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a B2C CRM Marketing Intern to join the Italian B2C Marketing team in Milan. You will support CRM campaigns across channels, help manage timelines, and craft personalised communications for patients while aligning with brand guidelines and privacy rules.

The role offers exposure to lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment. This paid internship runs for 6 months with a 40-hour week and Milan workplace.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English, with strong writing and communication skills.
• Enrolled in a Marketing/Communications degree or similar program.
• Interest in CRM, lifecycle marketing and data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of CRM campaigns across email, push and other channels.
• Assist in managing the CRM calendar, coordinating timelines, briefs and approvals.
• Contribute to campaign content creation and ensure brand consistency.
• Assist with audience segmentation and targeting strategies for different patient profiles.
• Support automated and triggered campaigns, onboarding and activation journeys.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and identify insights for improvement.
• Support A/B testing on content, formats, audiences and timing to improve engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date campaign documentation and CRM assets, following privacy rules.
