You will manage relationships with public hospitals, private labs, research centers and universities, promoting NGS, molecular diagnostics, cytogenetics, digital pathology, and related software solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within Italy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and growth objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contract closure.
• Collaborate with Applications Scientists, Marketing, Service and Tender teams.
