Silversea is seeking a Head Sommelier to lead a refined onboard wine program across all venues, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction on every dining moment.

You will manage the Sommelier team, oversee training, cellar operations, and work closely with culinary and beverage leadership to deliver a seamless dining journey aboard the ship.

The Head Sommelier leads a refined, personalized, genuine, and consistent wine program that elevates the onboard culinary and beverage experience across all venues. This role maintains full accountability for wine service delivery, product readiness, cellar management, team leadership, revenue performance, and guest satisfaction while upholding Silversea F&B Core Service Standards and the Silversea Way.

The Head Sommelier manages the Sommelier team, oversees training and development, ensures impeccable wine list execution, and collaborates closely with culinary, restaurant, and beverage leadership to deliver a seamless and elevated dining journey across the ship.

WSET Level 3/4 is highly preferable for this position.
