Ephos is seeking its first dedicated People hire to build the function from the ground up as the company scales rapidly. You will own sourcing, hiring, compensation, performance management, and culture across a fast-moving, high-growth environment in the photonics and advanced packaging space.

With a global recruitment scope and a focus on attracting world-class talent, you will shape how Ephos builds leadership and aligns people strategy with rapid growth, in person at our Milano office.

Competenze

• 3–7 years of People experience in a high-growth startup and as an early or solo People hire.
• Ability to build people processes from scratch rather than maintain inherited ones.
• Strong capabilities across recruiting, compensation design, performance management, and employee relations.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communicator and trusted partner to senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end recruiting: build proactive talent pipelines for highly specialised roles and manage the full hiring cycle.
• Design and implement core people infrastructure: levelling framework, salary bands benchmarked to the global market, promotion policy, and performance management.
• Partner with team leads to drive a high-performance culture and define the new team lead roles.
• Track, report, and act on key people metrics and present updates to leadership.
• Drive talent development initiatives to build internal leadership for photonics and advanced packaging.
