Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Supply Planning Analyst to support optimization of cover and inventory. You will collaborate with Warehouse, Demand Planning and Customer Service to ensure product availability and monitor KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of SAP R/3, SAP APO, Excel and Power BI, plus fluent English and Italian. Short experience in Supply Chain/Operations is welcome, with a proactive, analytical mindset.

Competenze

• Undergraduates or graduates in Management engineering or equivalent.
• Theoretical knowledge about Planning and DSP, Supply Chain processes, objectives and methodologies.
• Short experience in Supply Chain/Operations.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Good knowledge of Power BI.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
• Fluent English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Support the Supply Planning team to optimize cover.
• Manage stock between different overflow warehouses.
• Monitor and manage risks of bad goods and out-of-stock situations.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, DSP and Customer Service teams to ensure product availability.
• Monitor KPIs against agreed targets for service, cover and inventory.
• Use SAP R/3 and SAP APO to run supply-planning analyses and checks for Coman and intermarket factories.
• Monitor KPI achievement according to agreed timings.
• Maintain strong connections with Warehouse, Demand Planning and Customer Service.
• Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to increase operational performance.
• Improve job performance and develop new skills.
