Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in HR, public administration, business management, or related field.
• Minimum ten years in HR management with leadership experience in international organizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead corporate initiatives and technology innovations in HR management, HR policy design, and HR/IT architecture.
• Design HR strategic objectives aligned with corporate priorities.
• Lead the HR corporate reporting function, contributing to IFAD's planning and risk management.
• Provide expert advice on HR policies, regulations, and practices.
• Manage and administer pension and insurance functions.
• Oversee monthly HR payroll and HR systems integrity.
• Develop and publish reliable workforce data and analytics.
• Lead the development of the HR Division Technology strategy and roadmap.
• Manage new HR projects for process streamlining and efficiency.
