Rochester Executive is seeking a Head of Organization and an Organizational Specialist for a major transformation in Milano. You will lead organizational analysis, design, and governance to strengthen the structure across multiple units.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, with 7–10 years for Head and 4–5 years for Specialist. A senior, strategic mindset and strong stakeholder skills are essential for success.

• Degree in Economics and Management or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• Head of Organization: 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Organizational Specialist: 4–5 years in organized settings.
• Knowledge of BPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Fluent Italian and English; strong leadership and communication.
