Legal & General in Milan is seeking an experienced senior marketing leader to shape and deliver the European marketing strategy across Institutional and Wholesale clients in Public and Private Markets. You will lead cross‑border teams, partner with senior executives, localise content for European audiences, and drive growth while upholding governance and regulatory standards.

Fluent English and Italian or German are required, with a track record in asset management.

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused marketing leader to shape and deliver our European marketing strategy.

You’ll lead marketing across our Institutional and Wholesale businesses, covering Public and Private Markets and working closely with colleagues across Distribution, Investments and Marketing. This is an opportunity to build strong regional partnerships, develop a talented team and help clients navigate a changing investment landscape.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and delivering an integrated European marketing strategy
• Partnering with senior business leaders to align marketing activity with client and commercial priorities
• Leading multi-channel campaigns across Public and Private Markets
