Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of B2B automotive sales with P&L responsibility.
• Active network of decision-makers in the mobility sector.
• Proven track record of new accounts and framework agreements.
• Experience building or reshaping a sales team and processes.
• Data- and automation-minded; experience with CRM adoption/automation.

Aufgaben

• Define growth strategy across key segments: rental, dealerships, OEMs and captives, remarketing, corporate fleets.
• Open and close accounts and framework agreements with decision-makers at groups, networks and national operators.
• Build partnerships and channels that generate recurring volumes.
• Own pricing, terms and margin by client and route; read the P&L to decide where to grow.
• Build and lead the sales team.
• Introduce CRM, data, automation and AI tools into the sales process; grow without costs increasing disproportionately.
• Work with operations to ensure delivery of new contracts with quality and efficiency.
