Job summary

Jobgether in Italy is seeking a Head of Finance - R&D to lead the financial infrastructure across international digital businesses. You will shape a multi‑jurisdictional banking network, optimize treasury operations, and manage liquidity and FX with senior leaders.

Working closely with founders, you will build scalable finance processes from scratch and guide investment decisions, cost optimization, and financial modeling while developing a high‑performing team in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or Head of Treasury in fast‑growing businesses.
• Proven track record opening corporate bank accounts and establishing efficient payment processes.
• Deep knowledge of international AML/KYC principles, cross‑border compliance, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Practical experience managing multi‑currency funds, FX exposure, and transaction cost optimization.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex relationships with banks, legal advisors, and financial service providers.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) for leading negotiations and communications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a multi‑jurisdictional banking network for international digital businesses.
• Negotiate favorable terms with banks, EMIs, PSPs, custodians, and financial platforms.
• Establish backup banking relationships and alternative payment channels to ensure uninterrupted processing.
• Manage multi‑currency liquidity, cash pooling, and treasury operations across legal entities.
• Oversee international transfers (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH) prioritizing speed, security, and cost.
• Build scalable treasury and finance processes and lead the team.
