Overview

Location: Remote, Europe

Reports to: Group CEO

Our client is a diversified investment group operating across real estate, hospitality, clean energy, and venture capital. They are seeking a senior leader to drive growth and oversee complex development projects across multiple markets.

Role Overview

This role blends business development, project execution, and portfolio management for high-value real estate and energy projects across Europe. You will be responsible for expanding the group’s footprint, managing multi-country initiatives, and ensuring delivery excellence across a €250M+ project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development and execution of 4–6 large-scale real estate, hospitality, and clean energy projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Identify new investment opportunities and markets; lead deal structuring, negotiation, and execution.
  • Manage cross-border project teams, contractors, and partners, ensuring standardisation and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for multiple projects across diverse geographies.
  • Drive strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand market presence and revenue streams.
  • Mitigate risks, resolve operational challenges, and optimise project management processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in senior business development or project leadership roles, with demonstrable experience in real estate or construction / development projects.
  • Proven track record managing multi-country projects or business expansion initiatives.
  • Strong financial skills including P&L, budgeting, and investment analysis.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on execution skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
