Oversonic is seeking a hands-on Robotics Software Engineer to join our Navigation Team. This production-focused role tackles real-world robot challenges deployed in factories, not just research.

You will own the software platform beneath the navigation stack, collaborate across software, hardware, and customer support, and take end-to-end ownership from debugging code to field testing on the factory floor. Candidates should have ROS/ROS2 experience, strong C++ and Python skills, and willingness

Competenze

• Real-world experience deploying autonomous robot navigation systems.
• Strong C++ and Python with debugging skills.
• Solid ROS/ROS 2 experience, Nav2 is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software jointly.

Mansioni

• Debug and refactor ROS/ROS 2 C++ and Python codebases.
• Configure hardware, calibrate sensors, and test robots.
• Tune SLAM, localization, and path-planning for dynamic environments.
• Provide on-site field support and deployment troubleshooting.
