The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Robotics, with hands-on experience in robotics and excellent interpersonal skills. The position offers a full-time contract and opportunities for travel across Italy and abroad.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Sales Application Engineer to join our team at our headquarters in Carate Brianza (MB). The ideal candidate has gained even brief experience in the field of robotics or related sectors, possesses excellent problem‑solving skills, a strong passion for technological innovation, and the determination to contribute to the success of Oversonic and RoBee. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on an extremely challenging and innovative project, contributing to the development of a unique, cutting‑edge product in cognitive robotics and to the success of a fast‑growing, dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, configure, and test robot missions for customer demos, corporate events, and trade fairs, both in Italy and abroad.
• Manage unexpected events and critical issues quickly and autonomously, finding effective solutions under pressure.
• Plan and coordinate travel for demos and events in close collaboration with internal teams and clients, ensuring proper setup of the spaces and contributing decisively to the success of the events.
• Interact with visitors and customers during events, presenting RoBee with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the R&D and Sales teams to evolve applications and drive continuous product improvement.
• Contribute to creating missions that highlight RoBee’s cognitive capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Robotics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience in robotics with a good knowledge of automation systems and HW/SW maintenance is appreciated. Knowledge of ROS will be considered a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently in Italy and abroad (approx. 30%).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural predisposition for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, project management, and goal‑oriented skills.
• Proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to operate in dynamic and evolving environments.
• Excellent knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
