Metso in Rome, Italy, is seeking a hands-on Production Officer to support the assembly and testing of our product range. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery while adhering to safety policies.

You will assemble, test, and calibrate electrical control components, collaborate with design engineers, and contribute to process improvements. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong communication will help you succeed in this role.

Competenze

• Must have strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Able to read and interpret basic technical information and drawings (advantageous).
• Capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Mansioni

• Assemble valve and control products accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct calibration and performance testing of electrical control components.
• Support production planning and personnel utilisation.
• Identify and contribute to improvements in assembly processes and methodologies.
• Work with design engineers to enhance product design and buildability.
• Prepare steel and rubber components for assembly.
• Ensure products are packed and delivered in line with quality expectations.
• Complete documentation in line with ISO 9001 standards.
• Maintain safety and adhere to workplace policies.
