A passion for AI, strong technical fundamentals, and curiosity are essential. You will prototype, experiment, and collaborate with business stakeholders to drive AI adoption, mentor colleagues, and stay current with evolving frameworks.

Competenze

• Master's degree in CS or related field.
• 3-4 years of professional experience.
• Proficient in AI coding with production-quality code.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI tools (ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and deployment considerations.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with stakeholders.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
