The Social Hub Belfiore cerca un JIM Host per dare energia e accoglienza ai membri, guidando tour e mantenendo lo spazio dinamico e conviviale.

Lavorerai in un contesto multinazionale, con possibilità di crescita e benefit, incluso sconti nelle proprietà europee; la retribuzione iniziale è definita dal livello e dall'esperienza.

Requisiti: esperienza in hospitality, buone doti comunicative in italiano e inglese e abilità nell'uso di sistemi di prenotazione. Ruolo centrato sulle persone.

Competenze

• Circa 1 anno di esperienza in ospitalità, palestre o spazi simili.
• Hai una naturale predisposizione al contatto con le persone e ti piace iniziare conversazioni.
• Hai una mentalità pratica e mantieni positivo quando è occupato.
• Sei a tuo agio nell'usare sistemi di prenotazione e strumenti digitali.
• Hai buon occhio per i dettagli e noti ciò che gli altri potrebbero non notare.
• Parli fluentemente inglese e italiano.
• Credi che una palestra debba essere accogliente, sociale e umana.

Mansioni

• Accogli membri e ospiti e metti a loro agio dal primo istante.
• Passeggia per lo spazio, mantieni l'area pulita, ordinata ed energica.
• Connettere le persone iniziando conversazioni e presentazioni.
• Guidare i nuovi arrivati con tour e aiutarli a stabilirsi con fiducia.
• Rispondere a domande su attrezzature, classi, spazi di recupero e altro.
• Supportare trainer e aiutare a preparare sessioni per un'esperienza fluida.
• Gestire check-in, prenotazioni e messaggi senza perdere di vista.
• Raccomandare classi, eventi e attività che uniscono le persone.

What You'll Do

• Welcome members and guests and make them feel at ease from the first second
• Walk the floor and keep the space clean, organized, and full of energy
• Connect people by starting conversations and making introductions
• Guide newcomers with tours and help them settle in with confidence
• Answer questions about equipment, classes, recovery spaces, and more
• Support trainers and help set up sessions for a smooth experience
• Handle check-ins, bookings, and messages without missing a beat
• Recommend classes, events, and activities that bring people together

What You'll Have

• You have around 1 year of experience in hospitality, gyms, leisure, or similar spaces
• You bring a natural ease with people and enjoy starting conversations
• You have a hands‑on mindset and stay positive when things get busy
• You're comfortable using booking systems and digital tools
• You have a good eye for detail and notice what others might miss
• You speak English and Italian fluently
• You believe a gym should feel welcoming, social, and human

At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn't depend on who negotiates best.

• Starting salary (RAL) from 23,800€ per year.
