Mandarin Oriental, Milan seeks a Front Office intern to deliver courteous front desk service and support operations under the Front of the House Manager. You will assist with guest requests, greet guests, and help manage schedules and records in a premium luxury environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork in a multinational setting, English fluency, and willingness to learn through excellent training opportunities and employee dining benefits.

Competenze

• Working in a multinational environment.
• Strong English (written and spoken) is required.
• Additional language is a plus.

About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Front Office Department in Milan, the Front Office intern will meet and exceed guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous Front Desk service in accordance with Legendary Quality Experiences. The Front Office intern reports to the Front of the House Manager.

As Front Office intern, you willresponsiblefor the following duties:

• Assisting in handling the incoming requests
• Managing agendas and scheduling meeting
• Meeting & Greeting guests when required
• Assisting with Hotel Operations when required
• Maintaining records of the hotel operations and organize documents in a systematic and user friendly manner
• Being responsible for specific projects

As Front Office intern, weexpectfrom you:

• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
• English – excellent oral and written skills
• Additional language - beneficial
• Listening and oral skills
