Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for Flamingo Resort & Spa in The Valley of the Moon. Maintain clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards, while supporting housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently or with a team, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Compensation is provided hourly with growth opportunities within a renowned hospitality group.

Competenze

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Mansioni

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and sanitize surfaces.
• Replenish guest room supplies including toiletries, towels, and amenities.
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected according to established quality and productivity standards.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to the Housekeeping Manager or supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Properly use and maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain carts and storage areas in an organized and clean condition.
• Support team members and assist in other housekeeping duties as assigned.
