Job summary

Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Guest Experience Agent for Villa Beatrice in Portofino. This role focuses on delivering personalized service and memorable moments for guests, within a luxury environment that values excellence, creativity, and hospitality.

You will report to the Villa Manager and contribute to daily front-of-house operations, VIP coordination, and guest relationship management for the 2027 season and beyond. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a luxury brand guest experience role.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Italian and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist front-of-house operations to uphold high service standards.
• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized attention during stay.
• Help analyze guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Support VIP arrivals and ensure impeccable guest experiences.
• Build relationships with guests and colleagues across departments.
• Maintain clear interdepartmental communication to resolve requests.
• Execute personalization strategies to create unique experiences.
