lululemon Athletica is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and share top-quality product education in our Milan store. You will engage with guests, speak authentically about our community, and support store operations in a luxury environment.

The role emphasizes inclusion, integrity, teamwork, and personal responsibility, with flexible scheduling and a collaborative team focus on delivering exceptional service.

Competenze

• Legal right to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of Right to Work and local requirements (EMEA).
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to make it right for guests.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
