7Pines Resort Sardinia seeks a Front Office Supervisor for the 2025 summer season. The role leads front desk operations, checks in guests, handles requests and phone calls, and ensures exceptional service across the guest journey.

Requirements include at least 2 years in front desk or related roles, strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, MS Office and hotel management software knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality (preferred). English required.

Mansioni

• Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, guest requests and phone calls.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional customer service and resolve any problems or complaints.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and room assignments.
• Supervise, train and coach front desk staff.
• Ensure that all front office equipment and supplies are maintained and in good working order.
• Keep current on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
