Job summary

Major Food Group is seeking a friendly, dynamic Doorperson to join our Piemonte team. You will greet guests outside the restaurant, manage flow in and out, and act as an ambassador with warmth and knowledge to enhance the dining experience.

Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Prior experience in security, hospitality, or customer service is strongly preferred, with 2–3 years in a similar role and excellent people skills as a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years as a Doorperson, or similar role.
• Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer service strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Strong people skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests outside the restaurant.
• Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations.
• Facilitate the flow of traffic in and out of the restaurant.
• Engage guests, act as an ambassador of the restaurant in both personality and knowledge.
• Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
• Perform some security responsibilities as necessary.
• Performs other duties as directed.
